New Year’s Eve Celebrations- Sold out Gala!

Happy 2019! Once again the Oak Ridges Knights of Columbus put on another very successful New Year’s Eve Gala.  We were sold out and had the support of 31 guests from Sacret Heart Council in King City. We‘re very thankful for their support.

Another huge thank you to our wonderful Knights and a few "Non-Knights", for example Giancarlo who has come to help set up for nearly ten years. This is an excellent example of the time it takes to set up for an event like this. All for a great cause.

The evening went without a hitch.  Once again the dinner was more than we bargained for a church hall event. Everything from the first class table setting and the dinner that was delicious thanks to Maria from ”Maria’s Kitchen“ in Richmond Hill. The server were very efficient and María‘s team kept the food coming. Wine and soft drinks were included with the meal.  The bar had a run on Gin and tonic!

These events help us raise money for our charities. We have over 30 local and international charities that we support. The Knights of Columbus at Oak Ridges thank all who came out to support us.  It's really appreciated.
